It is with great enthusiasm that we invite you to a three-day yoga retreat, designed for everyone from beginners to advanced practitioners. Arrive Thursday evening and depart Sunday by noon.
The heart of this retreat focuses on finding joy in the spiritual essence of yoga. Let’s embark on a journey to explore deeper connection through pranayama, asana, meditation & yogic philosophy. During this retreat you will have the opportunity to reconnect with nature and the inner self.
We will work together to create a grounded, nurturing environment where you can find gratitude in the small moments as you recharge your spirit. Whether you’re seeking relaxation or deeper insight into yoga, this retreat offers a peaceful space for exploration and growth.
Join us for a weekend of quiet reflection, community and simple living as we journey through the practice of yoga.

| Event Details Location: Bergamo Center for Lifelong Learning, Dayton, OH Dates: Thursday, August 22nd at 5pm to Sunday, August 25th at 1pm Cost: $350 for residential participants; food, stay, and programming will be covered. $175 for commuters (those who live locally); food and programming will be covered. We highly recommend that those who are traveling from out of town join as residential participants to get the full benefits and experience of the retreat. |
Travel Information: For participants traveling by flight, we are working to plan transportation accommodations from the airport. We request all those traveling locally or by ground transportation to bring their own yoga mats, block, and strap. Kindly note: Upon finishing the retreat, participants will be awarded a certificate accredited by Yoga Alliance, which can be used to earn Continuing Education credits. This event will require a minimum of 20 residential participants to register in order for it to occur. |
