Celebrate International Peace Day with Heartfulness by embracing inner calm through our meditation and yoga sessions. Join us for a day dedicated to nurturing peace within and spreading it throughout the world.

Event Highlights:

Registration:

Open to all. Free admission, but online registration is required. Please note that each session will be 1 hour 15 mins long, with the first half being a yoga class followed by the second half being guided Heartfulness relaxation and meditation. Each participant is requested to choose only one session.

What to Bring:

Yoga mat, comfortable clothing, water bottle, and an open heart.
