Heartfulness San Antonio is partnered with the City of San Antonio’s Parks and Recreation Department. We hold weekly group meditations on Saturdays and Sundays at two San Antonio libraries.

Virtual Group Meditation every Tuesday from 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM Central Time.
Each session begins with a brief introduction, followed by Guided Relaxation and Meditation. These sessions are open to everyone, from new seekers to experienced meditation practitioners and are conducted entirely in Spanish.
