Surekha Koya

Surekha Koya, RYT-200 certified yoga instructor, has been practicing yoga for over 12 years and has been teaching for the last 8.  She specializes in Heartfulness Yoga, that allows us to explore the physical, mental and spiritual all at once. Heartfulness Yoga brings this full spectrum of Yoga by creating a seamless flow between asanas, pranayama and meditation in every class. Surekha is also certified Ayurvedic practitioner and incorporates health tips and techniques to balance health into her yoga classes.
