Hester O Connor has a Doctorate in Management & Organisational Change, she has been a Clinical Psychologist for 35 years. Hester is also a Group Psychotherapist, a Heartfulness Meditation Trainer and a Mindfulness Teacher. Hester manages a team of psychologists in the Irish Health Service in Dublin & Wicklow. She currently runs self-compassion groups for staff. Hester endeavours to live the values of her Heartfulness practice in all aspects of her life. She is committed to dialogue and compassionate listening as a means of finding solutions to difficulties in the work context.
