Joshua Pollock is the Executive Director of Heartfulness@Work, a wellness initiative providing stress management tools to corporate institutions. In 2018, Pollock co-authored the internationally bestselling book The Heartfulness Way, a practical guide to incorporating heart-centered meditation into daily life. The book has been translated into 15 languages and has received widespread acclaim for its accessible and transformative approach. Pollock has discussed the benefits of meditation on major U.S. news channels, including ABC, NBC, and CBS, and is known for making these practices relevant to a wide range of audiences. Before his present vocation as a meditation and wellness advocate, Pollock taught and performed classical violin and can be heard in several Bollywood film scores, including A.R. Rahman’s Ghajini and Delhi-6.
Dr. Aravind Ravindran is an Interventional Radiologist practicing in Fraser Health, British Columbia, Canada. He is passionate about the health and holistic well-being of individuals and communities. Being a meditator for over 25 years, he contributes his time to conducting workshops on Heartfulness meditation in corporations worldwide. His workshops focus on correlations between science and meditative practices.
