- Mondays and Tuesdays: 6pm, 7pm (start your week on a positive note!)
- Wednesdays: 6pm, 7pm (group meditation – bring your friends!)
- Thursdays: 6pm, 7pm (recharge and renew mid-week!)
- Fridays: 6pm, 7pm (group meditation – feel the positive vibes!), followed by a delicious dinner at 8pm
- Saturdays: 9am, 10am, 11am (start your weekend with some zen!)
- Sundays: 9am Group meditation – (let’s spread good energy together!), followed by a light breakfast at 10am, and an insightful Swadhyaya session at 10:25am.
