Bren Munoz Ledo
I’m a wife and mom of two littles and I believe my practice has helped me be a more present and patient parent. Taking care of myself has a big impact on my care of others.
Since I became certified (RYT200 Power Yoga, Yin Yoga and Self-Myofascial Release) I have realized that I only discovered the tip of the iceberg, that the world of yoga is immense and that I have a long way to go. This fills me with happiness, giving me the opportunity to study, practice, discover and understand.Since 2019 I’ve been teaching yoga online. Early mornings and evenings in English and Spanish.
Another way to balance my life is through nature. I love hiking in the woods, away from technology, appreciating my surroundings and living in the moment.
About the Speaker:
Gautam Katta is Lead Technical Program Manager at Amazon in Seattle. Has been with Amazon for the last 10 Years across transportation and digital devices teams. Gautam specializes in helping teams achieve operational goals, build stable, reliable and resilient services.
He currently serves on the Global board of directors of Asians At Amazon as Director for Asians At Amazon’s Employee Health and Wellness committee, organizing employee wellness activities and program across Amazon locations world wide. Gautam meditates every day and is a Certified Heartfulness Meditation trainer, sustainability ambassador and a full time Formula 1 Fan.
