Surekha Koya

Surekha Koya, RYT-200 certified yoga instructor, has been practicing yoga for over 12 years and has been teaching for the last 8.  She specializes in Heartfulness Yoga, that allows us to explore the physical, mental and spiritual all at once. Heartfulness Yoga brings this full spectrum of Yoga by creating a seamless flow between asanas, pranayama and meditation in every class. Surekha is also certified Ayurvedic practitioner and incorporates health tips and techniques to balance health into her yoga classes.

Roopa Naidu

Roopa Naidu is a project manager by profession, lives in Houston with her golden doodle and loving husband and has just become an empty nester. She is a certified yoga and meditation instructor; she started practicing as a teen to help overcome her overthinking and shyness. She is passionate about making yoga and meditation easily accessible to those who seek it, make it relatable to those who feel it isn’t for them and make it approachable to those who find it challenging.
