Elizabeth Denley

Elizabeth Denley has been a student of spirituality all her life and has practiced the Heartfulness system of Raja Yoga for over 33 years. She is the founder and current Editor of Heartfulness Magazine, and her other editorial and publication work includes some of the great spiritual texts, both ancient and modern.


Dr. Elizabeth has been a certified Heartfulness trainer since 1991, offering a spiritual approach to stress management, holistic lifestyle, and evolution of consciousness in Australia, New Zealand, India, Europe, SE Asia, the Middle East, the Pacific Islands, Africa, and North America during the last 30 years. Elizabeth has also developed and delivered teacher-training programs in Australia, Europe, North America, Fiji, and India during the same time, and is a regular public speaker for corporates and educational institutions worldwide.

Chris Mills

Chris Mills is a seasoned meditation practitioner, instructor, and consultant with nearly 30 years of experience. He has traveled throughout North America and Europe facilitating meditation workshops, and he has been a guest lecturer at the University of California, Berkeley. Chris consults with businesses on the development of relaxation and meditation programs as part of their overall health & wellness initiatives. He is currently Director of Marketing at Elevance Health.


Chris is a passionate advocate for the power of meditation to transform lives. He believes that meditation can help people to reduce stress, improve focus and productivity, and enhance creativity. He also believes that meditation can help to create more compassionate and connected workplaces.
